Unique

I am grateful for the union my husband and I have. It is unique to us. God knew just what the facts should be about my man to fill in the gap that would be the way closer to God. I've got my man for the rest of my life. What better way to live the rest of my life but to look for how the facts were predestined to make me like Christ? I love God by loving my man.

I think you alluded to the fact that learning to love and submit to our husbands helps us learn to love and submit to God - and I think too, it helps us learn to accept love both from our husbands and from God, which, in turn, draws us closer to both of them.

Why do I call this blog encouraging wives? A wife is what my calling has come to be. I like to encourage others with my same calling.

My name is Lindsey Gunther. I am the wife of my Darling and a mother of five children. I am in love with the Prince of Prince, Jesus Christ Who died for me and gave me grace. I am blogging about being sanctified in becoming more like Jesus Christ, how this relates to respecting my husband and family and how it relates to bringing others the gospel message. Blogs written before March 16, 2019 had a different focus. I have focused more clearly since.

I hope that these blogs bring encouragement to others who desire to be more like Christ but hope most of all that these blogs bring glory to God and encouragement to my Prince of Peace.
